All Norton 8000 series closers used to come in two versions:
Standard Spring - Adjustable sizes 2-6 (models 8301 and 8501)
BF Barrier Free Spring - Adjustable sizes 1-4 (models 8301BF and 8501BF)
That configuration has recently changed. All 8000 series closers now include a spring adjustable sizes 1-6.
This means there is no longer a need for two closer versions. All versions are BF, Barrier Free.
